Skinny but have back fat???

hey! so i'm 5"4 and around 135-140 lbs. butttttt i have back rolls, with and without a bra on. does anyone know if there are exercises for this or if it's just a matter of losing weight in general?? i hate hate hate it. thank you for your suggestions!! i'm open to anything :)

Maybe you just need to lift some weights and tone it up!!

Weight lifting. Weights in each hand and lift arms straight out to the sides to shoulder height. Next start with weights next to your shoulder and lift straight up. Finally weights in outstretched arms at shoulder height and slowly bring your hands/arms together in front of you.

At my skinniest 5'7 and 125lbs I had "muffin top". I've always had it and I HATE it. I don't like to wear fitted shirts because of it. I'm trying to work out my core hoping that'll help. Maybe it'll  help you to
