TTC and yeast infections

My SO and I have been TTC for about 5 months now and almost every month I get a yeast infection. The pill the doc gives me doesn't work and I tried OTC with a different active ingredient about 2 months ago. Everything cleared up but now it's back:( anyone else have this problem when TTC? My SO has low sperm count too so we are trying more often around my fertile window. Seriously I can't even enjoy sex anymore :( any advice/experience/thoughts would be helpful! Thanks!
