bleeding after delivery

Hey ladies how long did you bleed for after delivering your baby? I had a vaginal delivery 12 days ago and I'm still bleeding and was wondering more or less how long did your experience last on the bleeding? Also did you have loss of blood clots? Because I just lost one and it's been 2 days it felt like I pushed more of my placenta out but obviously I already did that 12 days ago!
