Head cold???

What is the best way you have found to clear your sinuses when pregnant? I have contracted a head cold from hell and my nose is getting red and sore from blowing my nose so often. Not to mention the insane pressure headache.

Saline and an allergy pill

Saline nose spray did the trick for me when I had a sinus infection

Pregnancy rhinitis is very common as well and the only cure is delivery

Medicated or Sine nasal spray is fine. It's topical and not infested so it's safe. You can also use a nasal rinse, it's a squeeze bottle and you flush your nose out. It's great!
