what does morning sickness feel like?

Can someone give me some of the ways they have been feeling? I'm 7 weeks+1 and have been gaging but I'm not sure if it's actual morning sickness or just a reflex. Thanks loves❤️

Could be morning sickness. For me I never threw up but I constantly felt I was going to, kind of like an acid reflux feeling and I felt consistently nauseas. It stopped though once I got in second trimester.

The very first day I ever got morning sickness, I threw up everywhere. I gagged a couple times and then threw up everywhere. Then for about a week I would just get neaseous. I lived on crackers and ginger ale and rarely threw up except for maybe once a week. Every time I get sick, I keep in mind that it's a sign that baby is healthy. It sucks but keep your heart on the though of your baby ❤️

I didn't have any until the second Tri. I don't throw up, I just feel mega sensitive to things. Like if I take my prenatal in the morning, nope! I gag.
