nervous about baby- no symptoms

I haven't had any symptoms other than tender boobs off and on. Is this a bad sign? I'm almost 8 weeks and my first prenatal is next Friday. I'm just a nervous wreck thinking something is wrong because I've heard morning sickness is a good sign to have a healthy baby.
