smiley piercing

Hey so I just got a smiley piercing on June 10th, I've been cleaning.my mouth daily both with salt water and mouthwash as well as the obvious brushing of the teeth. I just looked at it and it seems fine besides a little white speck and I'm not sure what that could be, it doesn't hurt and it shouldn't be infected cause of how often I clean my mouth. I don't really know what to think, this is my first non ear piercing so I don't want to risk it getting infected or anything. So if this has happened before to someone if you can please let me know what is going on lol. Thanks!! ❤️
