nexplanon ?!

I'm getting my nexplanon tomorrow , do they take out blood before hand ? 
I get very lightheaded after getting my blood drawn & to add to that they have to do it while you're menstruating which makes me light headed as it is ?

No blood. They numb your arm with a small needle and put it in. You don't have to look. I am horrible with needles and getting blood drawn and the process was actually very easy. Getting it out was very easy also. Now the hard part is trying to conceive after it's taken out. I only had it in for a year and it took me an exact year to start my own period. Just keep that in mind if you plan on having kids in the future! Good luck don't be too worried!

I had mine put in about 3 months ago and I love it. The worst part is when they numb it, it burns a little. I didn't feel the insertion at all. It was sore for a couple of days and I still have a tiny scar where it went in. Just don't watch, and remember to breathe! :)
