It started last night I was feeling this and I can tell the baby definitely dropped. And I'm having this feeling now. Is it from the baby dropping or what? Best way to discribe this feeling is like if you haven't had sex in a while or had rough sex how your vagina feels kind of sore. Or like it feels like my baby could come out right now lol.

That's not necessarily from baby dropping. That can be from pressure just from your uterus. It can be from increased blood flow.

Could be horomones making your pelvis expand to prepare for labor. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and last Saturday I started getting intense crotch pain. Dr thinks it's Symphis pubis dysfunction which is basically the horomones preparing my pelivs for labor have started and my pelvis is expanding. Only thing I can do is keep knees together when walking, lifting my legs to get in and out of bed/rolling over, walking and take Tylenol. They have me wearing a belly support band too.
