my puppy has parvo (tmi)

My puppy was diagnosed with parvo 4 days ago and she's doing better now I know this has nothing with pregnancy or getting pregnant or anything that glow provides for us buttttt (TMI) my puppy since yesterday started eating her poop. I've been trying to clean after everything with bleach but I'm 18 weeks pregnant and running after a puppy is really tiring . I was wondering since she's getting better and her eating poop( has parvo) will it do bad for her ?
