Dry throat during PMS?

Earlier this week, my throats felt like it was closing up when I got ready to go to bed at night, now today & lastnight my throat is dry. Is this a PMS symptom? I've never had dry throat during PMS. AF is due in 1-2 days btw if that matters.

It's more likely just from dry air in your home or even allergies or the beginning of a cold. However, a scratchy throat can also be a sign of a thyroid issue. If you find this happens a lot, try taking some herbal supplements to help balance your hormones. I use Hum Moody Bird supplements and maca root powder. Otherwise see your doctor.
