Im growing up in a christian family and every time i ask they say "masturbating is wrong cause its desire of the flesh" but i do it all the time and im scared if anyone finds out ill get in trouble

"Technically" as a Christian it is wrong. But as mentioned before, it is very common and natural and has health benefits. The problem that Christians find is that people look at other people to use as inspiration and fulfill that desire. I am a Christian and I believe it's completely okay. But it's important not to get carried away. You don't want to get addicted to it or to porn or anything like that.
