"let down" tingling feeling in boobs??

Question

For anyone who has been pregnant before, have you ever felt the "let down" tingling feeling in your nipples and got a BFP? Could it be a pregnancy symptom? I felt it today and haven't felt it since I was breastfeeding my daughter! We stopped 6 months ago. I even have milk!

I never felt the "let down" feeling during the 2+ years I breastfed my daughter,  but I started experiencing it as a PMS symptom when my cycles started back at 18 months pp. it only happened in the few days leading up to AF. It was so hard until I figured out it WASNT a pregnancy symptom for me.
