sharp pains

worrying well trying not too.. having sharp pains when up and about doing jobs round the house and playing with first born. Im 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow only had home comfirmatiom from about 10 tests ha! the pains are low in the middle under my belly. sometimes behind belly button and round to the right side. what should i do? is this normal. no bleeding and pregnancy tests have got darker... long shot asking but heyhoe x
