Hey my dog pissed in the bed and I had a small little hour long breakdown after because that was the straw that broke the camels back from all my stress but anyways i feel better after ranting to the dog in the blubbering mess and I think she is thoroughly scared of me me now(oops) because she's giving me the "your crazy" look so I have two questions.

1. How the hell do you get dog urine out of a mattress and dog diarrhea out of a carpet?

2. How do I remedy what i just did by having a breakdown with my dog?

She's sitting quietly in her bed and she never sits still and just stares at me with that look. Idk if she wants to comfort me or run from me but I want to fix that because it breaks my heart. Please don't bash me everyone has a breakdown and I didn't mean to do it in front of the dog I usually have better composure than this. I love her to death. Please help.
