Hello ladies!
First and foremost congrats to all the mommies out there! I had a c section 4 weeks ago on Monday. How did y'all shrink your stomach back down? I'm down 26 pounds but my stomach is still kinda flabby. My doctor hasn't released me to start working out for another 2 more weeks. I'm just wanting to get a game plan. Any advice would be great.
