Is this normal

I'm 17 years old and 34 weeks and 5 days. The past week I've had a headache and been dizzy and Nauseous and having pains in my lower back and upper stomach. I went to labor and delivery and all the nurse said is it sounds like a virus and sent me home. Is that normal "virus" symptoms in pregnancy? Or should they do more
