I had a picture perfect pregnancy. Although I was in labor from Tuesday-Thursday you can say my vaginal birth with no meds was also perfect. Everything seemed to be too goodmorning to be true. Until recently. Postpartum has slapped me in the face and it got me good. I'm falling into a depression and I don't see a way out. Although I have support I don't see any at this time. Postpartum depression is no joke. Please share your experience and how you managed to get through it.
