Heavy bleeding

So I recently went on a 4 day get away to spain but whilst away on the day before coming home I went on a train ride which was very bumpy and once I got off i went to the bathroom and discovered I had bleed all through my knickers and on my trousers the blood was darkish I think I cant remeber due to the panic I was in but the bleeding stopped after that and then was just spotting until the next morning, I did have cramps but the same as Ive had throughout my pregnancy so far. I didn't go to the doctors yet because I wasn't home so couldn't but has this happened to anyone who's gone on to deliver healthy babies? Im 13 and 5days today ah just want some piece of mind even though Ive prepared myself for the worst
