Wtf do we do? 😂

So I just moved overseas and we don't have our car. We more than likely won't have our car by the time I'm due either. We may or may not buy one when we get a lump sum here in a bit, but I don't entirely know. My question is, if we don't have a car by then, what do we do? Will the hospital let me leave if we don't have a car? I've tried looking things up and get mixed answer or answers about car seats which we're already going to buy anyway.
