Possible miscarriage?

My period was due Wednesday and finally started on Friday. Usually, I only bleed a bunch for 1 day and some cramping but by day 2, I'm okay. My cramping is so bad, I took an rx painkiller. I'm also passing a ton of clots (photo below) every couple of minutes. This was all of 5 minutes worth of clots. This would be my 3rd miscarriage and I didn't even know I was pregnant this time....is there a way to test if that's possible without going to the hospital? I just cannot handle one more doctors visit right now.

This would prob be considered a chemical pregnancy - have you been tested for clotting disorder? My ib hasn't tested me but I have had 2 in a row very early losses  and she recomended taking a baby aspirin as soon as I get a positive next time just in case it was a clotting issue

Mite just be tissue from your last period as they look abit small I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago at 5 weeks and looked like this worst feeling ever miscarriage #3

It might just be that you've got excess build up due to the previous miscarriages. If your test was negative, they'd probably tell you there's nothing they could do anyway. If you haven't tested, you could still do so, but there's a chance your HCG is already too low. I'm sorry you're struggling, though! Good luck with everything. Just make sure that if you pass large clots (orange-size or larger), definitely go see a doctor. 💜

Took a test and it showed positive. Guess this makes #3, and the first time I didn't already know.
