irritation and discomfort

So for the last coupe of weeks I have been experiencing lots of pain in my private area. I saw a discharge and began using soap down there now I have lots of discharge and tiny cuts. I am also super itchy and just over all experiencing lots of discomfort. What should I do? I made an appointment. But that's not until the end of the week. I'm still in pain now. I need help.
