What CAN I eat???
I'm exhausted reading these endless lists of things I need to avoid. I know, everything in moderation. But how am I supposed to be a busy working mom-to-be and abide by all these restrictions? I can't cook a homemade meal 3x a day but I want to be as healthy as possible for our little one on the way. I've tried meal prepping but I either can't stand whatever I've made by day 3, I'm craving something else or (the most common) I'm on the road without access to a refrigerator to keep food fresh. I'd love some advice ladies! Please help!
