how do you make them stop

I had a miscarriage on Valentine's Day and that was hard enough and have been dealing with it quite well considering my sister and I were pregnant at the same time and here baby is due very soon and although I still have my moments im having a hard time dealing with the comments people keep making like have you considered ivf or suggurotsy it was hard enough fielding questions and comments at the time but like are you going to try again etc It's not like I can't get pregnant but how do you stop people asking dumb and insensitive questions
