started spotting after progesterone suppositories

On wednesday I got my BFP! Went and got blood drawn that same day, hcg was a bit low so dr told me to go friday for another blood test and to also check my progesterone. Blood work came out great, hcg had a rise of 500% and progesterone was 39. I've had 2 mc so RE told me to start taking 200 mg in the morning and at night (vaginally). Last night i saw some light light spotting when I wiped. This morning I saw it also! 🙁 I only see it when i wipe, it's not spotting on my undies or anything. Is this a side effect for progesterone suppositories? I'm soo worried! Pleas help! 🙏🏼
