Sperm Meets Egg Plan

My husband are about a month away from starting our first IUI treatment. Hubby has low everything with his sperm. We are going to Las Vegas next week to get away and relax. It just so happens that I will be in my fertile week in Vegas. I want to give trying naturally one last big effort, in hopes we can get it this time (wishful thinking right?!). I was reading the success stories on the SMEP. Any success stories? Does anyone have another plan? Thanks!
