22 1/2 weeks and 💩

Okay I've been having such pooping problems. I'm constipated like all the time... then finally when I can go to the bathroom I feel like I'm going to poop out my child. So serious. Any tips or remedies for this awful pregnancy constipation that seems to just be getting worse?!
