Breastmilk until he weans, and then almond, coconut, or some type of milk alternative. We don't even drink milk so little one won't be either. Really there's nothing milk offers that a well balanced diet can't, calcium comes In plenty of forms other than in dairy.

I'm currently breastfeeding but I like to introduce him to a lot of new things including foods. So yes I'll let me have some. We're both lactose intolerant so I'll know if he out grow his intolerance. If not then I'll give him a substitute while still breastfeeding..  There are so many "warnings " about everything these days, you might be better off just not eating. Just follow your motherly instincts ladies.

I'm breastfeeding so My plan is to try to make it to at least 1.5yr and then maybe almond milk or another plant based milk. I stopped drinking cow's milk right before he was born and I don't want him to think it's natural to drink cow's breast milk .

Been reading so many bad things and how we shouldn't give our little ones cow milk, I'm not sure what to do!

I'll try to bf until he's two. Meanwhile he'll also have a balanced diet and he may have  a glass of milk once in a while if he likes it. But it definitely won't be treated as a "must have daily/weekly" kinda thing.

I'm not a fan of non-cow's milk either. Those of you planning to go for alternatives please google before reaching a decision. There's a new study about this and they are also far from ideal.

My husband and I don't even drink it so no. I breastfeed so I plan to continue that until my son weans and then offer almond milk and possibly a multivitamin if he needs it.

Probably not straight up cow milk, we breastfeed and I plan to let her self ween but I do give dairy products already and dishes that have milk in it.
