The doctors tell me as long as there's no red it can still be old blood from the baby implanting . I know everyone is different I would try to rest for tonight and maybe just call your doctor in the morning , I've been through 2 mc in a row and this time around I had that same stuff you have right now and basically convinced myself the worst was coming and as of right now we are still doing okay :) (in my head I know my mc started of red straight away)  I'm sending you the most positive vibes that I can ❤️
