TTC WITH PCOS AND NO PERIODS

Hello Ladies, my fiance and I have been TTC for baby #1 for the last 8 months. I have tried Letrozole 3 times and Clomid 2 times. Each time they failed and showed no progress or change in my estrogen levels. I have been informed by my doctor that the next step would be IUI or IVF. Unfortunately, we are a bit strapped on cash, therefore we are hoping to try and conceive naturally (even with the odds being close to none). I have extremely irregular periods, in fact I haven't had one in almost 11 months. I wanted to know if anyone here with PCOS has conceived even with super irregular periods like mine? Have you tried preseed?
