Nexplanon?!

I got on naxplona the day I got my abortion.. I bleed for about a month which I understood why.. not almost the last almost 3 weeks, I've been just spotting and it's getting tiring that one minute you can be complete fine nothing on the panty linner...Than the next it like I cut my self with how much blood there can be.. the first week it started it was like a normal period but now it just keeps going. It's getting to the point when I wipe it will be brown discharge and I think it's over bit it keep coming back... is this normal? I'm to the point I want to go to the doctor to switch but everyone says to wait it out. I love how the naxplona is so easy and I don't need to remember.
