bleeding problem with birth control

So guys I'm worried I'm on the birth control arm implant and ever since the day I got it I have not stopped spotting I've bled everyday for a little over two months now, idk if it's normal and my body needs to be use to it or if there's something seriously wrong but I'm thinking something is seriously wrong any comments?
