Have you heard of pennyroyal tea/oil?

I learned about this ironically on a hip hop station on satellite radio and apparently it helps prevents pregnancy. Sort of natures plan B. Wasn't sure if anyone else has heard of it and if anyone has used it for this purpose.

I have not heard that Pennyroyal prevents pregnancy. I don't think that's true at all. In fact, Pennyroyal may actually help balance out hormones, making menstrual cycles more regular, which would lead to increase fertility I would think. I could be wrong about that though. Pennyroyal is most commonly known for easing digestive issues. If you decide to try this, be very careful because Pennyroyal is actually quite toxic and if taken in the wrong dosages could be deadly.
