Hit a wall

Has anyone else early in their 3rd pregnancy just "hit a wall"? I work full time commute 2 hrs have 2 kids ages 4 and 9 months and I'm already over this being pregnant nonsense. I am tired of being sick and tired and feeling nauseous all day, throwing up in the evenings. I am currently face down ass up on the floor trying not to puke while my 9 month old is pouncing on my back. Is it February yet?
