What's going on? Please help.

4 weeks late on af, all negative test...(taken about 6) this week i've experienced a lot of dizziness even while sitting down, feeling really hot and nauseas at times sore nipples(only when i touch them) and itchy as well. increase of cm, has anyone ever discovered this am i too early to test??
