Is a sore throat and feeling run down an indication of pregnancy or conception?

A week before I found out I was pregnant my sinuses acted crazy and caused my ears to completely stop up. Nothing else was wrong, I did not feel sick/ my nose wasn't running nor was my throat sore., just my ears. It was strange because that has never happened before.

I had it. So maybe it is. I just felt like I was getting a cold. A day later I took a test and saw a faint line. Good luck!
