Advice TTC Baby #2

So I tested this morning and got a BFN (Big Fat Negative) just to be curious I was on Implanon for a 1yr and had a period May 17th-May 27th 2017 I got my implanon BC (Birth Control) taken out June 1st 2017 and I had EWCM (Egg-White Cervial Mucus) June 7th 2017 and June 11th 2017 Me and SO (Significant Other) BD (Baby Danced) June 1st-June 13th to me it's to early to tell and I don't know how many DPO (Days Past Ovulation) I am and don't really know when to test again since I don't know when my next period will be since I'm fresh off of Birth Control. Please give advice!
