Trying to conceive!
I'm looking for advice on how to get pregnant, besides the obvious.
A couple years ago, I found out that I have poly cystic ovaries and possibly torsion, which means my Fallopian tubes are twisting on their own.
I understand this can make it difficult for me to conceive but I'm determined to have a baby! Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone know anyone with the same issues that has had children despite these issues? Should I stop trying and worrying and maybe it'll happen one day but shouldn't expect it?
