Let's try for a change not judging... think we can do it?

Do girls really need to ask for no judgement in their posts on here. Is that really necessary? Is this the world we live in where we need to be asked to suspend judgement on someone when they are going through something and need some help?I know it's easy to just type something from behind whatever device you have. Would you say what you say on here to someones face. Come on ladies... we can do better than this.
