Male with Retarded Ejaculation

I believe my husband has a condition called Retarded Ejaculation. He masturbated too much, and cannot orgasm during intercourse. Another factor in him being unable to finish with just my vagina is that I get super wet during sex, and then neither he nor I can feel it as much. We start with sex, and then it ends with him masturbating, then as he's about to orgasm he puts it back in me, and I finish myself off with my vibrator. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you handle it? Were you still able to conceive?
