help please

So I got my period last Tuesday and it lasted till Sunday; like it always does, heavy with cramps. I know this is such a stupid question but I've been experiencing frequent urination before and after my period, it lasts a while, and it doesn't hurt but uncomfortable because I feel like I can't get everything out if that makes sense. I know I'm unlikely to be pregnant as I got my period. Should I still test? Do you have any other ideas of what it could be? I'm on Lutera birth control pill and am considered in the perfect use category. We had sex about 4 weeks ago today without a condom but he pulled out. I don't know why I'm so worried this month!
