Is accent a turn off?

Do you get put off or just wouldn't be as excited to date someone if they have an accent? Is someone with neutral English more attractive than someone with an accent or no?

I mean, I prefer some kind of accent. I think it adds to your character. It's not a big deal though and obviously there's more to a relationship than that.

Brummie accents make me laugh, but I haven't really known anyone with one. I don't think there's any accent that actually would prevent me forming a relationship with anyone.
