Before Having a Baby

Did you workout to get in shape so you could bounce back fast? I'm in pretty good shape, I could maybe use a little abdominal toning but otherwise, I'm content. When I decide to have a baby, I want to bounce back but I know I'm going to have to workout that it won't "just happen". I just want opinions on what you did PRE- pregnancy. What you ate, exercises and any other advice!
