About two days ago I had severe aches in my left breast along with a fever, chills and sweats. My milk supply has gone down ALOT recently but I've been trying to pump every two hours which hasn't really helped much. My breasts felt better yesterday and now the soreness is back and even worse. It aches just from standing up or having the slightest movement of my boob. What in the world can help with this? My doctor hasn't had any open appointments and I'm trying to manage this the best I can on my own. It's making me want to give up breastfeeding but I'm only 3 weeks into this. Any help is appreciated !!!!!
