Help please TTC Red and Brown Bleeding ?!

So last month me and my boyfriend tried to concieve and my period was due June 19tv on June 19th i was bleeding red like a normal period but not too heavy .. than yesterday it slowed down quite a bit and was a redish brown color , today its just been brown and nothing has been on my pad its just when i wipe or pee i notice it . what does this mean ?!
