Should I test?

I am 6 days late on AF & 13 DPO. I want to know if I should test any time soon? Or when should I test in order to be 100% sure. I had a high risk pregnancy and had a miscarriage this past January. Please if somebody can help me or give advise. I'd really appreciate it.
