UGHHH

So I do cheer and just recently got my roundoff back handspring. I got it on spring mats (shown above) but when I when to dead mat I fell, over and over 😡 I couldn't get to the gym for two weeks after that and now I'm scared to do it on spring mats!!! I got so frustrated I cried in front of my whole team. How do I clear my mind and tell myself that I have it without getting mad at myself again?
