Is your 4 month old sleeping through the night without feeding?

My son sleeps through the night with two feedings but I noticed lately he won't really wake up to eat unless I wake him. He eats 5 oz every 4 hours. I've been looking at other schedules of 6 oz every 3 hours starting at 6am and last bottle at 9 pm. Is anyone trying this or has a different schedule?

My little man has been sleeping through the night since around 2 months. He gets fed between 8 and 10 and then is out till morning. Usually between 7 and 9 he wakes up ready for food. He eats around 30 ounces throughout the day.

I would say don't wake them to eat. If baby is hungry they will let you know. Enjoy your rest.

My 4 month old is still getting up to eat twice a night still... I just let her sleep until she wakes on her own..

Mine will sleep for 10 hrs straight sometimes without a feeding. She usually wakes up between 6:00 and 7:30am

Just run with what your baby is naturally wanting to do. I personally don't like schedules from books. If they're hungry then you're going to know!

I use to wake my girl up at 11pm before I would go to bed but she wouldn't wake up all the way and wouldn't eat much of her bottle so I stopped and let her sleep to see how long she would sleep for. Turns out she would sleep through the night. The first night I did this every noise she made it was awake checking to see if she was waking up.
She has a loose schedule of waking up around 6am for her first bottle and a little cereal 
Her last bottle is anytime after 7:30 pm

Let him sleep and feed more during the day! My little girl can do 4-9 hour stretches of sleep. It varies every night. Usually though it's a feeding at 2am and wake up at 6/7. Sometimes I'm lucky and she will sleep through the 2am one!

I think I'll try that so I don't just stop feeding him at night cold turkey. I would ask his doctor but navy medicine suck so his 4 month check up isn't until his 5 months 🙄
