day and night still mixed up
Our little girl is almost 4 weeks old. She still has her days and nights a bit mixed up. We have tried everything from having a bedtime routine, making sure Day and night are different, letting her work it out herself. Just wondering if anyone else's baby is going thru the same and/or when your baby figured it out.
