So far we give him 1/2 a tub, which I think is about an ounce,once a day at dinner.

He was not a fan of cereal, but loves banana, pears, but his favorite is peaches 😜

I pretty much offer a solid every day but we do skip some days. She has had oatmeal and rice cereal as well as carrots, banana, potato and kiwi! She loved carrots and banana but didn't seem to like kiwi.

I usually offer her food in the afternoon but she at her oatmeal this morning. I always offer her oatmeal with whatever solid I'm introducing and then offer breast after. New foods I try over 3-4 days and I usually give about 1oz. She will eat more than 1oz of oatmeal if offered though. The girl loves it.

I give my son solids for breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner. Always after I nurse him. we've tried everything so far, and I did one thing for 3-4 days just to make sure he didn't have an allergy. He has done awesome. His favorites are definitely bananas, carrots and he loves the oatmeal!

Give him food twice a day ; cereal in the morning and vegetable around 5pm.

So far my baby like his cereal (i mixed rice, oat and barley together after I introduced them separatly), really like carrots and sweet potatoes, not a fan of red bell pepper but still want to eat it. Tonight we'll try butternut squash! 👐
